Two Rooms Available Farmers Branch

We have two rooms available in a great house in Farmers Branch. Just off of 635 & 35, nearby Dart rail station. We have a pool with weekly cleaning service, game room with ping pong table, foose ball table, wet bar, sofas, & weight bench. There is office space with wired internet, perfect for someone who works from home, or likes to set up their own gaming area. We to 300Mbps down 20Mbps up internet from TWC. We have a great kitchen with plenty of room for food prep. The bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom but there is a half bath in the hallway that is available to be used as well with some storage there. Full size laundry room with stacked washer/dryer and linen closet. Pets are ok. Per Farmers Branch ordinance, there can be up to 4 dogs per residence and we have two, so two more could be accommodated. One of us has an allergy to cats, so we would prefer no cats but could be flexible if needed. Pet deposit would be $200 and is refundable. Deposit would be $500 and is refundable. Utilities average around $100 per person and include electric, gas, water, and high speed internet. Pool service is $140/month and is split evenly amongst roommates. We have a mower and string trimmer and don't mind trading off on who does the yard, otherwise its appreciated if you would pay your share of what lawn service would be which in this area is $30 a week
