I have one unfurnished bedroom available in a clean 3 bedroom condo in a desirable area near 75 and lovers lane, available mid June. The condo is walking distance to the dart and nearby grocery stores, restaurants and the village. The kitchen and living areas are furnished; you are welcome to use anything in the kitchen or TV in the living room. The condo has washer and dryer in unit. You will share the bathroom with one other person. The rent includes water, electricity, and internet so you will not have any other expenses for the condo. The lease is month to month and requires a 30 day notice if you wish to move out. However, I would like a minimum stay of 4 months. The security deposit will be one month's rent, which is refundable if everything is left undamaged and cleaned to the original move in condition. No pets. Available mid June. About me: I'm a 28 year old straight male working professional, I work normal hours during the week. I'm originally from the northeast, and moved to Dallas about 3 years ago. I'm easy to get along with and respectful. I enjoy living an active/ healthy lifestyle, anything outdoors, and exploring Dallas on the weekends. About you: I'm looking for someone who is responsible and won't have issues rent. It is important you should consider yourself a very CLEAN person, as in you clean your dishes when you finish using them, don't leave your things in the common area, and clean the bathroom and other areas regularly.
